A YOGA EXPERIENCE LIKE NO OTHER

Sri Lanka has been on my list of places to visit for a long time.

And during the years, I have had various requests from lovely yogis gently nudging me, asking whether might I offer a yoga retreat ini Sri Lanka at some point.

Well…you asked, and I listened. And then acted on it.
Yes, yes… it's happening!

I'm delighted to be partnering with Niyagama House nestled peacefully in the tea plantations, yet 30 mins from beautiful tropical beaches, also nearby to UNESCO heritage sites, ancient temples, elephant sanctuaries and so much more. Niyagama is run by yogis, for yogis and is fully equipped to make retreats as comfortable as possible.

This is a unique and intimate yoga retreat, with lots of scope for personal expansion in a heavenly setting.
The yoga and meditation schedule is designed to enable you to experience progress throughout the 9 day retreat.

Breakfast as a group
Free time for excursions/ massages and treatments

FOOD ON RETREAT

The food at Niyagama is fresh and plentiful often following ayurvedic recipes to support maximum health and wellbing.

Each morning, after yoga practice, you will enjoy a delicious breakfast with an array or traditional Sri Lankan fare as well as western options.
There is also a breakfast 'add-on' for hungrier yogis who want to experience a couple of Sri Lankan curries for breakfast in addition to all of the above! I'll explain more about that nearer the time…

Bearing in mind we all have so much we wish to see and explore I have decided not to tie us down to three sit-down meals a day. We will only have breakfast and dinner together.

As appetites vary enormously so we will not cater lunch on this retreat - BUT there is a wealth of food on offer at Niyagama which you can purchase separately if you want. Likewise, a Tuk Tuk ride away there are the nearby sites with restaurants and cafes. You have a fridge in your room to store any goodies and snacks that you want to save for a peckish moment.

I would love you to join me on this retreat.
